HDB & condominiums · Consultative guidance · East, Central & North

Alan brings a consultative sales background in information and communications technology to residential property advisory. His focus is on HDB flats and condominiums, particularly in the East, Central and North of Singapore.

Having spent his career understanding customers’ needs and tailoring solutions, Alan starts with the questions behind a property decision: what is prompting the move, which concerns need to be addressed, and what would a suitable outcome look like? This helps him clarify priorities and identify options clients may not yet have considered.

Alan offers a patient, structured working style. He is comfortable sharing ideas and exploring possibilities without rushing a commitment. His goal is to help clients understand the trade-offs and move forward when the property and timing make sense for them.

First homes · Upgrading · Right-sizing

Rou helps clients plan for different stages of home ownership, from a first home to upgrading and right-sizing for retirement. Her residential focus spans HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes.

Her seven years as an occupational therapist bring a practical, people-centred perspective to property. Understanding how people live, listening closely to their concerns and finding solutions suited to their circumstances translate naturally into discussions about space, daily routines and changing household needs.

Having begun her real estate journey in late 2025, Rou takes an organised, straightforward approach. She starts by understanding a client’s situation before exploring listings, and offers an honest view of the options. Through “Grow with Rou”, she hopes to support clients as their housing needs evolve. Away from work, her curiosity extends to running, baking, pottery and trying new activities.
